Personally help a child with moderate or severe dyslexia attend the only Intensive Reading Support program of its kind on the Central Coast.

Backed by international research and evidence, children attend this intensive reading program 6 hours a week for 10 weeks.

Results include up to 15 months of improvement in reading accuracy and 4 years of improvement in comprehension!

As there is still no NDIS support for children with dyslexia, there are many families who cannot afford this program, despite their critical need. A personal scholarship to subsidise this program could mean the world!

Become a Guardian.

Guardians come together to support families in need.

They give children access to critical services. They are Thrive Legends.

As there is currently no financial support or subsidies for our children living and learning with dyslexia (including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)), families who require specialist support for their children are left to pay 100% of the out-of-pocket expenses. As dyslexia often runs in families, it is also common for some families to have more than one child in need of specialist support, and as children with moderate to severe dyslexia often require long-term interventions, this means that many families are left crippled by the cost or unable to access the support at all.

Each Guardian proudly donates 10% to the cost of any specialist service and program provided to families who receive Family Tax Benefits. It is calculated per quarter. In 2026, it is estimated to cost our valuable Guardians $3000 per quarter. Each Guardian kindly commits to 12-months of support.

Thrive is now looking for two Guardians to replace the wonderful donations the Valley Foundation committed to our families between 2021 - 2024. Two Guardians will enable 20% off our services across the board for families that receive Family Tax Benefits. As well as knowing you are making a true and real difference to the lives of our local children, Guardians also receive

Provided formal acknowledgement at our Annual Charity Golf Day and opportunity to speak during formalities.
