Thrive Central Coast Campus (ThriveCCC) is an initiative of Thrive Teach Nurture Grow Inc. It aims to support students who homeschool due to their dyslexia by providing an opportunity for the students to learn and grow together.
Join us from 9:00 - 11:30 am, three mornings a week!
Expressions of Interest close Tuesday 19th November
Welcome to Thrive Central Coast Campus, a small homeschooling hub focused on providing greater learning opportunities for children with dyslexia. With a maximum of just five students in each age range, we are dedicated to supporting the individual needs of our students.
Our specialised curriculum incorporates proven methods such as Multisensory Structured Language (MSL), Talk for Writing, and Math U See, ensuring that each child engages in enriching and effective learning experiences suited to their learning profiles.
We understand the distinct profile of a dyslexic learner. Our teaching is intentionally explicit, structured and multisensory. We understand the need for repetition and 'over-learning' and the need to learn a skill or strategy to mastery. We also love to celebrate the strengths of our students, empowering them to build and maintain their confidence and self-esteem.
We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for children with dyslexia to learn together in such a supportive environment.
2025 Information
Limited spaces are now available for our Grade 5 & 6 hub (3 spaces left).
Proposed Dates and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays
9:00 – 11:30 am
9 am - 10:15 am
Explicit instruction in MSL (phonemic awareness, phonics and fluency) and Talk for Writing (Writing Conventions)
10:30 - 11:30 am
Explicit instruction in Numeracy using the multisensory Math U See program.
Expressions of Interest end Tuesday, 19th November.
This small group has been specifically designed to cater for the needs of children with dyslexia. Because our teaching strategies have been designed to suit the instructional needs of a dyslexic learner, they may not suit the pace and instructional needs of non-dyslexic learners. Therefore, students must have a formal diagnosis of dyslexia in order to apply for this small-group.
Please contact Natalie for more information on this opportunity.
